Meu trabalho surge como reação a um contexto que geralmente se materializa entre escultura e instalação. Não realizo esculturas ou peças autônomas, mas famílias de obras que funcionam em conjunto. Na relação com o material, a repetição aparece como forma de aprender e compreender o meu trabalho gradualmente. Desde que a minha filha nasceu, comecei a investigar as ideias de tato e contato. Observá-la em seus primeiros meses conhecendo o mundo pelo tato, me levou a trabalhar em peças como este vídeo, e além disso, me conscientizou sobre a necessidade de contato que temos como seres humanos. Fiz este trabalho com a colaboração da Escola de Artes Visuais REA (San Isidro, Buenos Aires), onde estudei há muitos anos atrás.

My work arises as a reaction to a context that usually materializes between sculpture and installation. I do not make sculptures or autonomous pieces, but families of works that work together. In the relationship with the material, repetition appears as a way of gradually learning and understanding my work. Ever since my daughter was born, I started to investigate the ideas of tact and contact. Watching her in her first months getting to know the world by touch, led me to work on pieces like this video, and in addition, made me aware of the need for contact that we have as human beings. I did this work in collaboration with the REA Visual Arts School (San Isidro, Buenos Aires), where I studied many years ago.
