Desses amontoamentos surgem verdadeiras COISAS.

ANNA mixes several techniques and manual processes in her work, going through several languages such as: sculpture, photography, painting, collage and drawing, establishing relations between body-image-consumption in different and messy ways. In her works, fragments of images and objects unite to form representations of anthropomorphic beings that organize themselves in strange-familiar pieces, constructed by associations, intersections and conflicts of meanings and materials. Her most recent drawings are formed by the confusion of elements, including: fragmented bodies, objects, flows of repetitive forms. Bands of movement that run over and intertwine in high color saturation. As for her sculptures, they are like gambiarras made with various materials such as polyurethane, barbecue sticks, hot glue, cement, wire, paint, plastic, discarded materials, etc. From these piles, true THINGS emerge.
