A série Microcosmos de 2015, é resultado de uma parceria entre a artista Maria Nepomuceno e o joalheiro Antonio Bernardo, e apresenta jóias escultóricas vestíveis. Cada obra é uma peça...A série Microcosmos de 2015, é resultado de uma parceria entre a artista Maria Nepomuceno e o joalheiro Antonio Bernardo, e apresenta jóias escultóricas vestíveis. Cada obra é uma peça única e o conjunto desses trabalhos se relaciona com o tempo, a origem, a natureza, a manufatura e a arquitetura de objetos simbólicos e materiais do cotidianos inseridos na pesquisa que Maria Nepomuceno vem experimentando há alguns anos. A partir de um processo intuitivo a dupla produziu as esculturas com materiais preciosos como ouro, prata, pérolas, rubis e lápis-lazúlis. As pedras em união aos elementos naturais como a cerâmica e o fio de prata do crochet se deslocam do espaço expositivo para o espaço do corpo.
The Microcosmos series from 2015, is the result of a partnership between the artist Maria Nepomuceno and jeweler Antonio Bernardo, and presents wearable sculptural jewelry. Each work is a unique piece and the set of these works is related to time, origin, nature, manufacture and architecture of symbolic objects and everyday materials inserted in the research that Maria Nepomuceno has been experiencing for some years. From an intuitive process, the duo produced the sculptures with precious materials such as gold, silver, pearls, rubies and lapis lazulis. The stones in union with the natural elements such as ceramics and the silver crochet thread move from the exhibition space to the body space.In the gallery
