“Novo Poder” é um desdobramento de “Pardo é Papel”, feito para explorar a ideia da comunidade preta dentro dos templos consagrados para contemplação de arte: galerias e museus. Entendendo a arte contemporânea como um campo de elite que concentra um grande capital financeiro e intelectual, a série busca chamar atenção da comunidade preta para esses espaços que legitimam narrativas na história. A série trabalha apenas com três signos básicos, sendo eles o preto (personagens), o branco ( "cubo branco" ou espaço expositivo) e o pardo (arte).

Understanding contemporary art as an elite field that concentrates great financial and intellectual capital, the series seeks to draw attention of the black community to these spaces that legitimize narratives in the history. The series works with only three basic signs, the black (characters), the white ("white cube" or exhibition space) and the brown (art).
