Conceived by artists Márcio Botner, Ernesto Neto and Marcos Wagner, Alalaô began in the summer of 2010. At each new edition, an artist was invited to create a work, intervention or performance on the Arpoador Beach, Rio de Janeiro. Through the project, it was shown that the beach can also be a space for art and culture.
