The blue color inside the fruits invites interaction when they bloom. Abricó also gives its name to a nudist beach in Rio de Janeiro, which became a refuge for sexual freedom for many bodies. Affectionate memory of the tree and flower that surrounded his study environment for years, the artist quotes: "curupita with blossoming trunk and heavy fruit that has a blue inside borrowed from the sky that falls from above and hits the unsuspecting."]
