Nascido em 1992 em Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Vinicius Gerheim é um artista cuja produção tangencia intersecções entre sexualidade e fé, no campo da memória da criança e suas narrativas multiformes. Em suas obras, materializa imagens vindas do desejo de transformar sensações perdidas em linguagens. Para ele, ser uma pessoa LGBTQIAP+ permitiu, desde o início, repensar padrões, normas e códigos que limitavam seu corpo. É através da pintura que ele amplifica sua sensibilidade, remodelando códigos e encantando-se por coisas que não foram traduzidas.
Born in 1992 in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Vinicius Gerheim is an artist whose production touches on intersections between sexuality and faith, in the field of children's memory and its multiform narratives.
